Her 15+ year career in finance was forged in the demanding worlds of Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ANZ. She later founded and managed the Salzworth Global Currency Fund, where her systematic strategies and entrepreneurial drive earned prestigious accolades, including the Singapore Young Entrepreneurs Award (2021), being named Top 10 Currency Trader by BarclayHedge, and winning ASEAN's Alternative Manager of the Year. Ashli now channels this unique combination of institutional expertise and validated entrepreneurial success into a single mission: democratizing access to elite wealth-building tools for investors everywhere.

Sherman (Co-Founder & CTO) is the architect of the Tangent X platform, a technology enthusiast bringing elite experience from Google and deep domain expertise in systematic trading. His technical foundation was built designing scalable, data-intensive systems as an Advertising Solutions Architect at Google and an Analytics Lead at ADARA. He translated this expertise into the financial markets as the R&D Lead for Systematic Trading at Zeta Labs—where he first partnered with Ashli—and currently as the Chief of R&D at GAO Capital, directing the development of the proprietary systems that power the T3 Alpha Fund. This rare combination of big-tech architecture and quantitative finance acumen is instrumental as Sherman drives Tangent X's technical strategy, ensuring our platform is robust, scalable, and at the forefront of AI innovation.

Ling Hui Jun (VP, Strategic Growth & Business Development) leads our go-to-market strategy, user acquisition, and partnership ecosystem. She brings a unique blend of public sector rigor and private sector dynamism, honed over five years as a research analyst at Singapore's Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and through diverse experiences at Accenture, OCBC Bank, and high-growth startups. A recent graduate of BCG's prestigious digital transformation program, Hui Jun is an expert in how modern companies adapt and thrive. This combination of deep analytical discipline and creative problem-solving—a balance she also practices as a competitive aerialist—makes her uniquely positioned to scale our user base and build a global brand.
